Synopsis
Released on Motown on 29th September 1971, Going Back To Indiana is part live album and part soundtrack album for the ABC TV special of the same name that had featured such guest luminaries Diana Ross, Bill Cosby and Bobby Darin. Featuring ‘I Want You Back’, ‘Maybe Tomorrow’ and a version of Sly And The Family Stone’s ‘I Want To Take You Higher’, the album originally sold more that 2 and a half million copies.
